Bulman Strands is a working farm nestled in a pleasant valley untroubled by the mainstream of tourists, but only 15 minutes from Windermere. The caravans are situated in an acre of grassland and orchards by the side of the river Gilpin. All pitches are spaced to take advantage of the river and countryside views on a well-kept site. Pitch sizes up to 40ft x 15ft. Season begins on 1st March and ends on 15th November.
SERVICED STANDINGS
Each standing has connections for water, electric, wastewater and sewage disposal. Gas cylinders (47kg propane) are sold on site. Electricity is metered and billed annually. Water is from a private supply.
LOCAL FACILITIES
There is a leisure club and swimming pool at the nearby Damson Dene Hotel which offers special membership rates for caravan owners.
